Graduate fellowship from AHA

Mike Alosco, an advanced graduate student in Kent Neuropsychology, was awarded a predoctoral fellowship from the American Heart Association.  This program gives only a few awards per funding cycle and is highly competitive.  Mike’s project will clarify the functional impact of impairments in memory and other mental abilities in people with heart disease.  With time, this type of research will help to develop new approaches to help patients maintain their independence. Congratulations Mike!!!
